EDC15 Multimap
Online multimap (mapswitch) tool using the brake pedal for Bosch EDC15P, EDC15P+ and EDC15VM+ ECUs of the VAG group (for example, 1.9 TDI). Up to three maps selectable from the car, with no extra hardware.

We remap the ECU to measure, set up hardcut and pops & bangs, and fine-tune throttle response, all validated with on-road data logging, car by car.
Illustrative graph of the process. It does not correspond to a specific vehicle.
Three steps, always in this order, always with your original safe.
Read your ECU and send us the original file with the vehicle and engine details. We save it before touching anything.
We tune the map for your setup (Stage 1, 2 or 3 and the extras you choose), not with a generic template.
We send you back the final modified file. The original is always kept, in case you want to go back.
The vehicle must be in good maintenance condition for the remap. NorTuner is not responsible for damage resulting from poor prior maintenance. More details in the technical information (in Spanish).
Remaps consist of modifying the software of the ECU that controls the engine, adjusting the injection, ignition and boost pressure maps to get more performance than the car has from the factory. Nothing mechanical is touched: ECU remapping is a software change, always reversible, because we save the original file of your ECU before starting. It is then validated with a datalogger on the road to confirm the result is reliable on your specific car, not on a generic template.
Each stage is tuned and validated with a datalogger before delivery.
No hardware changes. Rewrite of the injection, ignition and boost pressure maps on the stock components.
Specific mapping for sport intake and exhaust and an intercooler already fitted. It makes the most of the bolt-on hardware you already have installed.
Higher-flow turbo, injectors and in-line fuel pump. Custom map, calibrated with a datalogger for your specific setup.
* Percentages are indicative: they depend on the engine, its factory tune and the condition of the vehicle. Diesels with a more conservative factory tune usually give the biggest jump; on turbo petrol engines a smaller margin is usual. The real result is confirmed with a datalogger during the mapping itself, not before.
LEGAL NOTICE: ECU remapping and any modification that alters the power, torque or behaviour of the engine (Stages, hardcut, pops & bangs or others) may require homologation or be restricted by the traffic and vehicle regulations in force in Spain or in other countries. Driving with a non-homologated modification may result in: (i) the impossibility of driving legally on public roads; (ii) an unfavourable result in the Technical Vehicle Inspection (ITV) or equivalent inspections; (iii) administrative penalties; (iv) total or partial loss of the manufacturer's warranty; and (v) limitations on the vehicle's insurance cover. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the legality of the modification in their place of residence before carrying it out and, where applicable, to process the corresponding homologation, the cost and handling of which are at their own expense. NorTuner is not responsible for the use made of the vehicle after the modification. NorTuner does not remove, delete or disable emission-control systems (DPF/FAP particulate filter, catalytic converter, EGR valve, AdBlue/SCR). More details in the technical information (in Spanish).
Available on any stage, calibrated with a datalogger together with the rest of the map.
Ignition cut at the rev limit without cutting torque completely: faster shifts and more forceful starts with launch control.
Controlled reintroduction of mixture into the exhaust when lifting off the throttle, for the characteristic popping. It is tuned within controlled exhaust temperature margins.
Recalibration of the pedal map so the engine responds to the throttle more directly. It does not add power: it changes how it is delivered, which is what you notice most in daily driving and in town.
The final adjustment of each extra depends on the mechanical condition of the vehicle. More details in the technical information (in Spanish).
Online utilities for workshops and tuners. The multimap is available for now; we will keep adding more.
